MIP stands for Madrid International Pastry and is an international pastry, bakery
and chocolate congress in Spain.
In the second edition in 2021, Adol Romero
and Jose Marcos, know as the ‘Icebrothers’, presented a wonderful dessert displayed our cacao bean.
The cacao bean is made of cacao husks, better known as productionwaste.
